Tamarack
Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center
Tamarack Wildlife
Rehabilitation and Education Center is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)
corporation. Tamarack specializes in the rescue, treatment
and release of injured, orphaned and sick wildlife. Additionally,
Tamarack provides public education programs and materials on the
behavior, feeding habits, and natural habitats of many of Pennsylvania’s
species of wildlife.
Tamarack Wildlife
Rehabilitation and Education Center receives no funding from the federal or state level, even though
the parameters under which the Center operates are strictly governed
by these bodies.
The injured, orphaned,
and sick wildlife depend entirely upon the donations of generous
people like you for their second chance at life. We thank those
who have assisted in the lives of each animal who has passed through
our doors, as well as those who will help them in the future.
"What gift could be greater
than the gift of life to those who have never thought to take
it away?"
